Apartment Description

The apartment is on 2 floors, it’s a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment: there is a 1 bedroom apartment on each floor.
The perfect solution for 2 students who want to live together, but in the same time having their privacy.
From the nice and quiet courtyard of the beautiful building in perfect conditions, you can reach the apartment with a few steps.
Entering in the apartment a few other steps leads you to the raise floor with the fully equipped kitchen/living room, an extendible table and chairs and a sofa bed. It’s the only room the 2 tenants should share.
On the same floor there is the first bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk (not yet in the pictures).
There is also the 1st bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, with shower and bidet.
From the living room, climbing down a few steps, you can reach the other floor, it’s a basement apartment, but still very bright.
There is the second bedroom, with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Another room with a desk, a mirror, a shoe rack.

The apartment was rented when we took the pictures and 360 Tour, it wasn’t very tidy, I’m sorry.
But you’ll find it clean and in perfect condition upon your arrival!

Area description

The apartment is located in the upscale and well attended Porta Romana residential area, very quiet and safe.
In the same time it’s a lively district, with nice shops, cool bars and typical restaurants.
It’s 10 minutes walking from Bocconi University and 5 minutes walking from the subway nr. 3 yellow line Porta Romana.
Close to all the main public transports, you can reach the city center also just walking.
You can easily find every kind of shop and service nearby.
