Constantinerented “Susy” apartment for 1 semester.
“I am renter in Ottavia and Siim Rental Milan here in Milano in a new fully renovated apartment near Bocconi. I’m going from my apartment by walking for 15 minutes.
The apartment is very good, Rental Milan is very good, so helpful, the owner is very good. In any message, he replies and comes to the apartment to help me. Also the apartment is fully renovated, everything in the apartment is so good and also it’s very quiet.
Like I said, very near Bocconi, the neighbourhood’s very quiet and the apartment has everything there for need warming, for cooking. It’s everything, okay, perfect and I fully recommend it for future renters. I considered many options for Student Housing Milan but luckily i chose Rental Milan.”
Alex stayed in “Otty” apartment for 2 years.
“I just finished my studies there. I’m graduating. The apartment was very nice. It was nice and quiet, spacious and a lot of light. I thought it was definitely one of the better apartments compared to my friend’s around. It had everything I needed.
It was no problems throughout the whole time. The only minor thing were all fixed very promptly by Siim or Ottavia who are very nice and really made it as easy as possible to do everything. And so I thought the area was good. It was 15 minutes to Bocconi University.
I had no problems with that. And the neighbours didn’t cause me any trouble, nothing like that. So overall, I would definitely recommend the apartment to somebody who wants to rent there. Before renting Otty apartment, I rented another apartment from Rental Milan b, then wanted to try Bocconi housing option because felt lonely, find an residence, but then after some time prefered to go to live back in a private apartment, because didn’t feel home in residence.
